We operate three vehicle classes — Executive Sedan (e.g. Toyota Camry, Kia Stinger), Luxury Class (e.g. Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series), and Van/Minibus (e.g. Toyota HiAce). All vehicles are immaculately maintained, fully insured, and presented to a premium standard.
We service all destinations within a 100km radius of Sydney CBD — including both Sydney airports, the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong, Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands, and all inner and outer suburbs.
Visit our Booking page, fill in your pick-up location, drop-off location, date, time, and vehicle preference. Submit your request and we'll confirm within 2 hours with full pricing and driver details.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. For peak periods, events, or group bookings, 48–72 hours notice is preferred. We do accommodate last-minute requests where possible — contact us directly for urgent bookings.
No account is required. Simply fill in your details on the booking form each time. For frequent travellers or corporate clients, we offer on-account arrangements — contact us at hello@riderightnow.com.au to set this up.
Yes — simply enter the passenger's name and contact number in the additional notes field when booking. The booking confirmation will be sent to the email you provide at checkout.
To amend a booking, email us at hello@riderightnow.com.au with your booking reference and the changes required. We'll confirm the amendment as quickly as possible. Changes are subject to availability.
Once we've reviewed your request and confirmed availability, you'll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference, driver details, vehicle info, and total pricing — typically within 2 hours of submission.
Your driver's name, contact number, and vehicle details will be sent to you 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
Additional stops can be arranged — please note this in the booking form under additional notes, or contact us to amend your booking. Additional charges may apply depending on the detour distance.
Contact us immediately at hello@riderightnow.com.au with your booking reference. If your booking is more than 24 hours away we can amend it at no extra charge. Last-minute changes are subject to feasibility.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure online payment gateway. All major Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards are accepted. Payment is processed at time of booking confirmation.
Yes — all prices quoted and charged are inclusive of Australian GST (10%). A tax invoice will be included with your booking confirmation email.
No. Your final price is confirmed before payment is taken. There are no surge fees, hidden charges, or surprise tolls added after the fact. Toll costs are included in your quoted price.
A full tax invoice is automatically emailed to you upon booking confirmation. If you need a duplicate receipt, email us at hello@riderightnow.com.au with your booking reference.
Yes. We offer on-account billing for regular corporate clients with consolidated monthly invoicing. Contact us at hello@riderightnow.com.au to discuss terms and setup.
Yes. All vehicles in our fleet carry comprehensive commercial insurance including passenger liability cover. Every ride is fully insured from pick-up to drop-off.
All drivers hold valid NSW Point to Point Transport Authority accreditation and have undergone background checks. We only work with professional, experienced chauffeurs who meet our strict service standards.
All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before every booking. Hand sanitiser is available in each vehicle. Drivers maintain professional hygiene standards at all times.
Your safety is our absolute priority. If at any point you feel unsafe, ask the driver to stop in a safe location and contact emergency services (000) if needed. Then contact us immediately at hello@riderightnow.com.au so we can investigate.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows are charged in full.
Email hello@riderightnow.com.au with your booking reference and cancellation request. We'll confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund within 3–5 business days.
No. We track all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time. You will not be charged for delays caused by airline scheduling or air traffic control.
In the rare event we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund and we will do our best to arrange an alternative. We will notify you as early as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 2–5 additional business days.
Your driver's full name, contact number, and vehicle details (make, model, colour, registration) are sent to you 24 hours before pick-up. For airport arrivals, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.
All vehicles are immaculately clean, climate-controlled, and stocked with complimentary still water. Executive and Luxury class vehicles include Wi-Fi. Luxury Class includes premium leather seating and chilled refreshments.
Yes — if you've had a great experience with a specific driver, note their name in the additional notes field when booking and we'll do our best to assign them. This is subject to their availability.
Executive Sedan: up to 2 standard checked suitcases plus carry-on. Luxury Class: similar to sedan. Van/Minibus: large boot capacity suitable for groups with significant luggage. If you have oversized items, note it in your booking so we can confirm suitability.
Child seats can be arranged on request. Please specify the age and weight of the child in the additional notes when booking so we can ensure the correct seat type is fitted. Additional charges may apply.
